We all know how hard it is to start a new diet since not everyone understands how to balance their food properly while also accomplishing their goals. For this reason, we decided to help you with this issue by looking for a plan that is being done online and many others are following so that you can join a community. We found the following challenge in the website EatingWell and the article was written by Jessica Ball, has a bachelor’s of science in dietetics with a minor in food systems and sustainability.

Day 2: Buy Your Own Bags
When you go shopping the next time, bring your own bags to cut down plastic use and you even may get credit from some grocers if you do this
Day 3: Have a Reusable Water Bottle
You will be able to stay hydrated and reduce use of plastic bottles at the same time. This would lead to a healthier you and a happier planet so START NOW!
Day 4: Go Green with Transit
Leave your car at home or try to walk/bike to your destination to cut down on gas emissions which damage our atmosphere. This could even become a new family activity since you spend more time together.
Day 5: Go Outside
Many studies have shown that getting out in nature will boost your mood and you are also making sustainable choices by not wasting resources every second of the day
Day 6: Make Your Own Lunch
Having leftovers reduces waste, reduces money and ensures you have something healthy to fuel your day - even better if you use reusable containers and utensils.
Day 7: Unplug Electronics
If electronics are plugged in, they still use small amounts of energy which increases your carbon footprint and your bill. Try unplugging your toasters, blenders and coffee makers to start in your kitchen.
Day 8: Meatless Recipe
The recipe offers another recipe (Veggie-Packed Okonomiyaki) which makes a very rich Japanese pancake that is perfect for any meal. It has cabbage or zucchini with fried egg for a protein-packed meatless main.
Day 9: Grow Your Own
Start trying to grow your own vegetables or herbs which helps you save money and avoid production of use of resources all around the world.
Day 10: Shop the Bulk Bins
Many stores allow you to bring reusable container so that you can shop waste-free on a budget and cut down on waste
